Know all men by these presents
That I John Turnbull of Montreal do make, constitute and appoint James Rosamond Junior Esq. Secretary of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte true and lawful Attorney for me in my name and on my behalf. To accept Twenty five shares of One hundred dollars each in the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte, and to of all lawful acts requisite for effecting the premises; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall do therein by virtue hereof.
In witness whereof I have presents set my hand and seal at Montreal this eighth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.
