Know all men by these presents that I Lord Mount Stephen of Brochet Hall Hatfeild , England herein acting and represented by John Turnbull of Montreal, financial agent, my true and lawful Attorney by vurtue of a certain deed executed before W.De McManker Notery Public on the third day of October 1891 with power of substitution, do hereby nominate constitute and appont and by these presents have nominated constituted and appointed James Rosamond Secretary of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte Ontario, true and lawful Attorney for me, in my name and on my behalf to accept one thousand shares of one hundred each in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte Ontario, and to do al lawful acts which may be necessary to effect the premisies hereof. Hereby ratifying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and confirm all lawful acts which my said attorney may to be cirtue hereof.
