Turnbull of Montreal do hereby appoint
Bennet Rosamond of Almonte Ontario
our Attorney for us and in our name
to accept a transfer to us from George
Stephen of Montreal aforesaid of Four
Hundred shares in the Capital Stock of
the said Company each share amounting
to one hundred dollars.
