Know all men by these presents that I, John Turnbull of
Montreal, Financial Agent, have
made constituted and appointed,
and do by these presents make constitute and appoint James
Rosamond Esq, Secretary, my true and lawful Attorney for
me, and in my name to accept
the transfer of two capital shares of $ 100 in Capital stock of
the Rosamond woolen Co. of Almonte,
and to do all lawful acts which may be necessary for
effecting the presents hereof.
Hereby satisfying and confirming all that my said Attorney shall do by virtue hereof.
Witness my hand and seal at Montreal this thirteenth day of November , in the year of our Lord One Thousand and nine hundred and one.
