of Almonte is hereby constituted and appointed the Lawful Attorney of the undersigned, Thomas Ferguson
How myr in trust Montreal for, and in the
name of the undersigned, to accept three hundred fifty Shares, in the Capital Stock of the [ Montreal Gass Co, has been crossed out] Rosamond Woollen Co, the undersigned hereby confirming all and
whatsoever shall, in virtue hereof, be lawfully done by said Attorney.
