Know all men by these presents that B. Rosamond of Almont is hereby constituted the Substituted
Attorney of Mrs Susan C. Fisher of Montreal , for the purpose of accepting a Transfer to her of
ten shares i nthe Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Com -
pany from Thomas W. Richie.
In Witness whereof Roswell C Fisher the duly authorized attorney of the said Susan C. Fisher has hereunto set his
hand and seal this Fourth day of January 1876,
