Know all men by these presents
that I George Stephen merchant of
Montreal, do make constitute and appoint
Bennet Rosamond of Almont,
my true and lawful attorney for me,
and in my name, and on my behalf to accept
any transfer which may be made to me in the Capital,
or Joint stock of the Rosamond Woolen
Company , and generally to do all lawful acts requisite for effecting the
premises; hereby ratifying and confirming all that he my said attorney , shall do therein, by virtue hereof
