Power of Attorney to Transfer Stock.
Know all nmen by these present that B. Rosamond of Almonte
is hereby constituted the Attorney of the undersigned Thomas
W. Richie of Montreal, for me and in my name to Tranfer to Mrs Susan C. Fisher of Montral, ten Sharesin the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fourth day of January 1876
