Power of Attorney from George Stephen to appoint James Rosamond Jr. as attorney to transfer 1000 shares of the capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Co. to James Bennett and John Turnbull. Transcription Know all men by these presents that I Geo Stephen of Montreal in the province of Quebec, president of the Canada Pacific Railway Company, have made constituted and appointed, and do by these presents make constitute and appoint James Rosamond Jr Esquire, Secretary of the Rosamond Woolen Co of Almonte, my true and lwfu attorney , for me , in my name, and on my behalf to transfer to James Bennett and John Turnbull in trust , of Montreal, Three thousand shares of the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woolen Co of Almonte, hereby satisfying and confirming all that my said Attorney shall do therein in virtue here of.
