Montreal do hereby appoint James Rosamond
Junior Esquire of Almonte to be my true and lawful Attorney to accept for me twenty
five shares of the Capital stock of the Rosamond Woolen Company of Almonte , Ontario formerly
in name of Richard Hardisty Esquire, -
with power to nominate ne or more pressure under him and to do all necessary acts to
accomplish that purpose.
