Know all men by these presents that I Mary Field Fisher, wife of Roswell
C. Fisher , of the city of Montreal, in the Provence of Quebec, Esquire, do hereby make constitute and
appoint James Rosamond of the Town of Almonte , in the Province of Ontario, Secretary, my true and lawful attorney
for me and in my name and on my behalf , to accept all transfers of harss [word uncertain] in the Capitol stock of the
Rosamond Woollen Company and Generally to do all lawful acts re-
quisite for affecting the premises.
Hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall do-
therein.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at the city of Montreal this second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and three
