Know all men by these presents that I William Fredrick Ritchie of the city of montreal, in the Province of Quebec, Advocate, do hereby make constitute and appoint James Rosamond , of the town of Almonte, in the Province of Ontario, secretary, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and on my behalf to accept all transfer of shares in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woollen Company and generally to do all lawful acts required for affecting the premises hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall do herein.
