That I the Right Honourable George Baron Mount Stephen , Herein acting and represented by John Turnbull my duly constituted attorney by virtue of a power of attorney executed before M de M Marlier, on the third of October 1891 . Do hereby nominate constitute and appoint, and by these presents here made constitute and appoint James Rosamond Esquire of Almonte true and lawful attorney for me in my name and on my behalf to transfer to Frank S Mecghew of 140 Drummond St Montreal Two hundred and fifty shares , to George S Cantlee of 338 Mountain Street Montreal Two Hundred and fifty shares, to Mary S [As Witness, is written above very small] Adami wife of J George Ademi MD. 331 Peel Street Montreal Two hundred and fifty shares, to Elise[ BD Witness, is written in small above] Stephen Reford, wife of Robt H Record No 300 Drummond St Montreal, Two hundred and fifty shares in the Capital Stock of the Rosamond Woollen Company of Almonte of the par value of one hundred dollars each, and to do all requisite and lawful acts to affect the premises. Hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall legally do in virtue hereof - Witness my hand and seal at montreal this Twelfth day of November 1904.
