FURNITURE EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
1) SHIPMENTS: Before CP/CNX, customer is notified by letter or telephone call.
2) C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: A Certified cheque is required for the C.O.D. amount, made payable to the Express Company. This is the policy of CP/CN Express,

/ A charge is levied for the collection of the C.O.D., as outlined below:
Up to and including $50.00 $3.00.
For every additional $10.00 or fraction thereof, add .15.
COLLECT SHIPMENT: The customer is responsible for shipping charges, plus any storage and re-delivery charges.
PREPAID SHIPMENT: Pinecraft Ltd., is responsible for shipping charges. Storage and re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Prepaid shipments are only applicable for orders placed in Toronto for delivery within Metro Toronto and environs.
3) TORONTO - LOCAL DELIVERIES: If before 4:00 PM, prepaid with carrier hired locally, or Pinecraft vehicle. After 4:00 PM an estimated overtime charge. No deliveries Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
4) U.S.A. SHIPMENTS: Balance required before shipping. Shipping charge is collect. Customer responsible; Brokerage fee: 0.00 to 249,00 " 9.00

500.00 to 999.00 - 15.00
1,000.00 to 1,999.00 = 16.00
