Addressed to the Confederation Wax Museum on 56 Spark Street, Ottawa, Ontario to Mr. Borne. Receipt is dated March 22nd 1967 for 1 Cousino Syncronize-Repeater for $361.00 and 4 Cousino Echomatic Cartridges at $6.50 each.
Reciept has serial number 3319 stamped in top right corner.

Receipt from Perception. Formerly E. J. Piggott Enterprises Limited. Sold to Confederation Wax Museum 56 Sparks St. Ottawa. Ontario. The receipt is dated March 5 1968 for 6 Cousino Echomatic Tape Cartridges. Serial number on top right corner of receipt is 5390.
There is a piece of ruled paper stapled to the back of the document containing three addresses and phone numbers for Perception.

Instructions from E.J. Piggott Enterprises Ltd. for starting two Cousino's at once. Document is typed, however, there is a diagram drawn in blue ink. Instructions are addressed to Confederation Museum, dated March 22, 1967. Subject: Parallel Hook up of Cousino start circuits.
