Rectangular paper advertisement for the sale by auction of 200 acres of land by auctioneer C. Simpson. The paper is machine woven and the media is black ink which covers approximately 60% of the surface of the paper in the form or paragraphs and large font letters. The object is 46cm long and 31cm wide.

QUEEN’S COLLEGE vs. O’LEARY
Pursuant to the order for immediate sale of the mortgaged lands in this action, bearing date the 27th day of October, 1909, there will be sold with the approbation of J.B. Walkem, Esq., K.C., Master of this Court at Kingston. By C. SIMPSON, Auctioneer, at the Almonte House Hotel, in the Town of Almonte, on
Tuesday the 5th day of April next
AT 1.00 P.M.
The following lands in the Country of Carleton, namely:
The East half of Lot No. 8 in the 12th Con. of the Township of Huntley, and the West half of Lot No. 7 in the 11th Con. of the Township of Huntley,
Containing 200 Acres more or less.
The soil is level, partly clay and partly gravel; the land is all cleared; there is a Frame Dwelling House 24x30 upon Lot 8, Log Barn and Stable, Barn 35x40, Stable 20x25 ; it is well fenced ; there is a Log Barn on Lot No. 7 also. The property is 7 miles from Almonte.
The said lands will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid which has been fixed by the master. In all other respects the terms and conditions of sale will be the standing conditions of the High Court of Justice for Ontario.
