Object is a rectangular paper advertisement for an Auction Sale of a Roller Mill by auctioneer Chas. Hollinger. The mill formerly belonged to Robert Merilees. The paper itself is machine woven while the media is black ink in the form of printed text that covers approximately 70% of the surface of the paper. The object is 43.5cm wide and 62.5cm long when unfolded.

I have been instructed by W. H. Stafford, Assignee, of the estate of Robert Merilees, of the Township of Ramsay, Miller, an Insolvent, to offer for Sale by Public Auction, at
MERILEES FLOUR MILLS AT BLAKENEY
At 1 O’clock in the Afternoon of
SAT. 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER. 1909.
The Roller Mill and Water-power in connection therewith, which is known as Merilees’ Flour Mill. In addition to the valuable water-power there is over one half an acre of land upon which are erected the following buildings: a two-story frame iron-roofed Roller Mill, 40x49 and Store House 30 x 30 and 20 x 49. The mill is equipped with first-class machinery and s in good running order, capacity of mill 125 barrels per day. There are also erected on said premises a good frame Dwelling House one and one-half stories and two one story additions.
This is a rare opportunity for any person wishing to purchase a good milling business or a good water-power for any purpose
