Pursuant to the Judgment and Order for Sale, made in this cause, and bearing date the 17th day of December, A.D., 1910, there will be sold by

In the Village of Packenham, at the hour of 2 o’clock p.m.,

Tuesday, January 23, ‘12
The following lands and premises, in three parcels,
PARCEL No. 1
The South-East Half of Lot Number Seven in the Second Concession of the Township of Fitzroy in the County of Carleton, subject to an existing Lease of about one quarter of an acre used for a Cheese Factory, for the term of 70 years from the 24th day of March, 1899, and subject also to a Lease to Hugh Lunny which expires in March, 1912. The administrator receiving the rent up to that date.
PARCEL No.2
The West Quarter of Lot Number Six in the Third Concessionof the said Township of Fitzroy, in the County of Carleton, subject to a Lease to George Story, which expires in March, 1912, the administrator receiving the rent up to that date.
PARCEL No. 3
The North-West Half of Lot Number Five in the Fourth Concession of the said Township of Fitzroy.
On Parcel No. 1 there are erected a frame dwelling house, 3 log barns and other suitable outbuildings.
On Parcel No. 2 there is only a log Stable.
The property will be offered for sale subject to a reserved bid, (on each of the said parcels) which has been fixed by the said Master. And taxes, rates and assessments from and after the 31st day of December, 1911.
Terms of Sale -- 10 per cent. Of the purchase money to be paid at the time of sale to the Plaintiff’s Solicitor and the balance to be paid into Court within one month from the date of sale.
In all other respects the terms and conditions of sale will be the standing conditions of the High Court of Justice for Messrs, Christie, Greene and Hill, Solicitors, Ottawa.
