Description

Tensile Testing Machine; The Tensil Testing Machine was made by Henry L. Scott and Co., patented in 1909. This is a Model J. Series Tester used in developing standard test methods for textiles, skein yarns, fabrics, paper, leather, wire, sheet metal and similar material with low elongation characteristics. Uses dual-capacity pendulum type load. Used for testing strength, tear strength, elongation adhesion, and burst strength deflection More detailed description in paper file.
