Description

Brass and steel rectangular structure on large black base with black lid. Top side of structure contains rows of teeth. This items was reviewed by Dr. Larose (see biography) during interview on July 15th, 1985; This fibre sorter is used to separate fibre samples into individual fibres, laying them into the combs in descending order of length from one side to the other. A sort of picture of length distribution of fibre in the sample results.
