Embroidered felt beret badge/patch with silver and gold-coloured metal pin. Is inside a small clear plastic bag, sealed with tape (likely never used).
Design is of the RCAF's Communications and Electronics Branch, with a nude Mercury and two lightning bolts (also called a 'Jimmy'). Officers pattern, with crown and foliage in metallic thread. Measures 2 1/2" high x 2" wide.
