Gold-coloured metal cap badge with red and blue enamel.
Design is of the RCAF's Communications and Electronics Branch, with a silver-coloured nude Mercury and two gold-coloured lightning bolts (also called a 'Jimmy'). Officers pattern, with crown and foliage. Measures 2" high x 1 3/4" wide. Has a clip on the back to attach to a hat, with text reading: 'William Scully.'
