Description

RCAF air command pin. The design features a gold eagle and a crown with a maple leaf, on a blue enamel background. Measures about 1 1/2" in diameter. Has two prongs on the back, and one pin-back. Found in the pocket of 2021.07.07.04 (RCAF uniform jacket). Design is of the RCAF's Communications and Electronics Branch, with a silver-coloured nude Mercury and two gold-coloured lightning bolts (also called a 'Jimmy'). Officers pattern, with crown and foliage. Measures 2" high x 1 3/4" wide. Has a clip on the back to attach to a hat. Found in the pocket of 2021.07.07.04 (RCAF uniform jacket).
