Black box case with long base. One thin metal plate is one either end that holds the top on while sitting on a peg. Top of the box reads; Slide Comparator W.A Taylor & Co. Baltimore MD. USA Front of the box has a red and golf label of W.A Taylor and CO with 4 abstract sideways H's and a P in the middle. Inside there are two bottles. Glass bottle with red rubber stopper/dropper Yellowing label with dark blue borders reads W. A Taylor and CO. Inc Baltimore MD. USA Meta Cresol Purple pH 7.6-9.2 Glass bottle with red rubber stopper/dropper Yellowing label with dark blue borders reads W. A Taylor and CO. Inc Baltimore MD. USA Phthalein Red pH 8.6 - 10.2
