Tangled Garden made by Frayed Edges. This piece was the first group project to reproduce in fibre a well known piece of art. The group chose to reproduce The Tangled Garden by JEH MacDonald.
Image of garden divided into 17 sections and each participant interpreted her section in her chosen technique. A wide variety of woven techniques were used. Many sections heavily stitched with multiple types of thread and colours. The piece has a three dimensional feel to it. More information is in the binder provided.Artwork Details
