A wooden spool with bright red thread wrapped around it. The wood has a label printed on it reading: "J. & P. COATS / NO. A / 50 YDS / PURE SILK / SHADE / 874". On the reverse side, it reads the exact same. Spool measures 1" x 1.25" x 1".
