Description

10 square black metal Taber Abraser specimen plates with a length of 10cm and a height of less than 1mm. Each plate has a .5cm round hole in the center of the plate. The plates are contained in a silver square cardboard box with a length of 10.5cm and a height of 2cm. The box is labelled: "Abraser Specimen Plates, Taber Instrument Corporation, North Tonawanda, NY, USA". There is also some handwriting that says "for use as base for coating / for testing shear hardness".
