Has On/Off switch and Warm Up switch on one side, and two small dials on the front side of the piece.
White rope is connected from large box to small box. Label beside it reads:
"TURN CW / TO DECREASE TEMPERATURE. / ONE TURN EQUALS 90°F. / RETURN TO FACTORY / IF ADJUSTING SCREW / DISENGAGES".
