And
WILLIAM THOBURN and
THE WYLIE MILLING COMPANY LIMITED
Defendants
Upon motion this day made unto this Court by counsel for the Plaintiffs and upon hearing read the Writ of Summons herein and the affidavit of Harbert Willson Lundy and upon hearing what was alleged by Counsel aforesaid and the Plaintiffs by their Counsel undertaking to abide by any order which this Court say take as to damages in case the Court shall hereafter be of opinion that the Defendants or any or either Of than shall have sustained any by reason.
of this order which the Plaintiffs ought to pay;
1. This Court Doth Order that the Defendants, their servants, workmen and agents be and they are hereby restrained from xxxxxxx obstructing and diverting the waters in the River Mississippi in the Town of Almonte at a point above the mill privilege and water power of the Plaintiffs by the erecting or placing of a dam or obstruction across the said River at the said point to the injury of the plaintiffs until the 33d day of August A.D.
1907 or until the motion then be made to continue the injunction shall have been heard and determined.
2. And This Court Doth Further Order that the said Plaintiffs be at liberty to file and read further affida- affidavits upon the return of the said motion to contin-ue this injunction serving copies thereof with the said Notice of Motion to continue the injunction.
