An album of 77 photographs scanned in from Bruce Beckwith, a sixteenth-generation Montauk Fisherman. The album features pictures of commercial trawling off of Montauk during the 1970s and 1980s. The images show the different species that were commercially fished at the time, the packing and shipping of catch, fishing draggers docked in Montauk, snow storms, and people working various supportive jobs at Gosman's Dock and Fish Market.Archive Details
