Ringwood relating to real estate development, personal matters, and the activities of the Montauk Beach Development Company and the Carl G. Fisher Corporation (Miami) from 1935 to 1939. Topics include real estate sales, Miami Beach building reports, Carl G. Fisher corporation finances, road conditions, summer cottages, potato planting, lumber and building supply quotes, speaker engagements, complaints about the unseasonably cold summer season, and dissatisfaction with development from the long withstanding Montauk residents. A majority of the collection consists of correspondence between Carl G. Fisher and T. E. Ringwood.
