Red felt hat with black tassel, or fez, worn by a member of the Mt. Sinai Shriners Temple #3 of Montpelier, Vermont. Front reads "Mt. Sinai" with an Embroidered Kaaba Sabre, Crescent Moon, Star and Pharaoh amulet. Inside cloth label reads "Walter Rich / 212 E. 12th St. / New York" with picture of people riding three camels on a desert with the sun overhead.
