Notes

From a 2019 AMR guide to Central public spaces artwork: "Printed by J.H. Littlefield. Engraved by Henry Gugler, Sr. In 1866, Gugler ensued the crowning achievement of his career; a full-sized engraving of the head of Lincoln. It took 2+ yrs and nearly $10,000 to complete. It was pronounced to be the best likeness of Lincoln in existence."
