Throughout 2024, we're looking back at the 100 year history of art at the Mulvane. This 1944 painting is by Helen Hodge, a Kansas artist and one of the founding members of the Topeka Art Guild. Hodge often created oil and watercolor paintings of landscapes, floral still lifes, and portraits. She also operated a photography studio in Topeka for many years.
