Notes

About the Artist: Born in Barcelona in 1972, Oriol Esteve has been passionate about traditional origami since childhood. In 2013, together with Enrique Martinez and Joel Garcia Moix, he founded Origami Always Succeed (OAS), a group focused on quick, creative folding for social challenges in public spaces. Through OAS, he began designing his own models, many of which have been featured in La Pajarita (the magazine of AEP, the Spanish Origami Association), as well as in convention books like Tanteidan, OrigamiUSA, and origami collections. Oriol Esteve has published several books. He is particularly interested in intermediate-level designs, often drawing inspiration from woodland and jungle animals. His work values expression over realism.
