Founded in 1945, Smith-Miller Inc., also known as “Smitty Toys,” produced over 75 different toy trucks. This Bank of America armored vehicle truck was manufactured around the early 1950s and has rubber wheels, money bags in the truck, and is made out of cast and sheet metal. The Smith-Miller company ceased production and ceased to exist in the mid-1950s. However, in 1979, Fred Thompson who played with Smith-Miller trucks when he was younger bought the company and began manufacturing again. This truck weighs 9 pounds.
