In original case. Roll of unknown material (typing ribbon?). 6 keys. Artifact label reads: Braille Typewriter L.C. Smith & Corona, Syracuse, NY 1930s-40s These typewriters were developed by L.C. Smith & Corona for the American Foundation for the Blind. Braille characters are typed using combinations of the six keys with the central bar serving as the space bar.
