Nail Gun
Martin Pearson Manufacturing Co., Robbinsdale, MN
Pat. d Jan. 26, 1892
This Pearsons Nailer Nail Gun was among the first of its kind. It was marketed to roofers to make the job of nailing shingles down faster and easier. Nails would be loaded into the top chamber and would fall into a standing position under the piston, which would then drive the nail into the shingle. The design also served to keep the roofer's fingers out of the way of the nails.
