Cream colored battenburg lace bertha collar. Thin lace strips are laid out in an asymmetrical floral and geometric pattern. They are woven together by a wide variation of embroidery stitches. Also pulled thread techniques have been used to create pattern. The collar would lie flat on the dress wider in the back and coming together in a point in back the floral petals give the outer edge a scalloped effect.Artwork Details
