Originally sold as the "Eagle Bank" and as the "American Eagle Bank" Place a coin in the Eagle's beak press the lever, and the eagles rise from the nest, actually crying for food. As the eagle bands forward to feed them the coin falls into the nest and disappears in the rectangle below. Pat. 1-23-1883 #271,200
