Oval-shaped ceramic bowl with broad scalloping edges (eight sections). Interior glazed in plain off-white. Exterior white also with paintings of mythical figures (14) predominantly painted in green, blue, gold and red. Base painted with stylized pattern (possibly sea/waves) in green with four touches of blue. Rim of bowl shows evidence of gold paint.
