The Brighton Hostesses Air Force Club and the Victorian Chinese Women’s Relief Fund Committee organised an exhibition for the benefit of the Air Force Auxiliaries and the Chinese Relief Fund. The 376 exhibition pieces described in the catalogue were lent by individual donors - some of whom were notable Melbourne collectors.
