This is definitely Valentine Newmark Dalton born 1886. He married Evelyn Isabel Whittier b 1883. He remarried. He had a daughter Dorothy who married Kenneth William Dickman. He died in 1928 of Yellow Fever aged 42. That picture was taken in 1888 when he was 2.5 years old.Collection
