This is a loose leaf book in a three ring binder. It was made by Margery Leone Walsh (1934-2011). The binder is based on the book "Benicia: Portrait of an Early California Town". It seems to include excerpts from the book (in black & white along with a comparable color photo of the same property. In places additional locations and/or buildings are mentioned and explained. For example a photograph of the seawall on First Street is included in the binder.
It seems to be an updating of the Benicia Portrait book. Also included inthe binder was a handwritten page of corrections to the Benicia Portrait book. It seems to be in Harry Wassmann's handwriting.Collection
