Glass bottle found at Benicia Barracks site; found near current site of the National Guard Armory on Hillcrest Avenue in Benicia.
blue-green glass, with "B.J. McGee Benicia" set in relief on side. Barney J. McGee was an attorney-at-law, who made an effort to manufacture soda water as a side line. He only lasted in the soda business one year in Benicia. (1867)Collection
