Patricia's father: Sampson D Harrison (1988-1951) worked at the Benicia Arsenal around 1923. Married Anna T Kane (1901-1982) in 1922 at St Dominics.
Sampson and Anna's son John Charles Harrison born 1923 was a Seaman First Class in the US Navy and died in 1944 in WWII. This qualified Anna as a Gold Star mother.
Anna's parents' Charles E Kane (1852-1938) and Bridget Halpin (1875-1944) were Benicia residents.Collection
