A cart that was built at Benicia Arsenal in the early 1940's to hold a WWI tank box that was used as a tool box for about 50 years.
The cart is constructed of heavy-duty metal sheets and angle iron. The pieces were welded together. The cart has four heavy-duty casters for molbility.
