Franklin Fish's father, Dr. George W Fish, spent time in Tunis and was appointed U.S. Consul about 1878.
Per the Orsel family tree she was born 1870 and died 1928. Her parents were Louis Henri Alfred Chapelie and Sarah Elisabeth Ross Houston. She married Thomas Corlett Smith (1863-1919). Her siblings were Christine Therese Leonie Chapelie (1867-1868)
