A framed certificate of a certified copy of the State of California Act in 1850 that established Benicia. It is certified by the Secretary of State on 06/08/1940 as a true copy and has the seal of the State of California affixed to it.
On the back is a sticker showing that it was framed by Bowers Art Store in Vallejo. Also written on the sticker is the name John James O'Grady.Collection
