This is a blank stock certificate for Yuba Manufacturing Company. It says the company was incorporated inCalifornia in 12/1909. The certificate has a number, PP 144 but has not been assigned to any person. It is for "$6 prior preferred" stock.
The Yuba Construction Company changed its name to the Yuba Manufacturing Company and later became a subsidiary of the Yuba Consolidated Gold Fields. In 1957 these companies merged into Yuba Consolidated Industries.
The Yuba Manufacturing Company seems to have been dissolved in 1933 as agreements with it's creditors was determined:
On January 20, 1933, petitioner's board of directors authorized the execution of the creditors' agreement with Yuba, and it was so executed on February 24, 1933.Collection
